Handles does not mean unsupervised
AI can handle means the task can run under written rules with monitoring and sample checks. AI prepares; you approve means a person reviews every output before it is sent, saved, published, or acted on.
Use a real calculation tool for numbers
Do not trust a chat window to calculate totals, reconcile records, detect anomalies, forecast demand, or optimize routes. Let an appropriate system perform the computation, then use AI to explain or organize the result.
Permission comes first
Recording, messaging, outreach, hiring, testimonials, photos, employee data, and client documents may require consent, notice, or another lawful basis before AI touches them.
Sensitive data needs an approved environment
Customer, employee, financial, legal, insurance, and health-related information belongs only in tools with appropriate contractual data controls, retention rules, access limits, and human accountability.
AI does not remove the rules that already apply to advertising, collections, hiring, driving and dispatch, legal work, insurance, privacy, safety, or professional advice. Use qualified people and approved systems wherever the underlying work is regulated.
Access third-party platforms through an official API, authorized export, or licensed tool. Do not rely on prohibited scraping or assume every profile, review site, or directory can be read automatically.
Small datasets can mislead. Seasonal analysis needs enough history, and anonymized feedback can still identify people in a small team. State sample limits and protect identities before drawing conclusions.
