From Marketing Systems to AI Employees
I've built marketing systems that run on process and clear rules. AI employees are the next step. They handle recurring business work, so you can focus on the parts of your business that need you.
The Person Behind the Work
I'm Wesley Cable. I run PipelineOS, a marketing agency, and I use AI in real business work. That's why I started Your Local AI Coach: to build AI employees for local businesses.

An AI employee is not a chatbot. It's a working system built around a specific job. It takes inputs, follows written rules, and produces outputs you can review. It does the same kind of recurring work you'd hand to a new hire, but it runs on your rules, not on guesswork.
We start with the work you already do every week. I map the task, define the inputs and outputs, and write the rules the AI employee will follow. Then we test it together. You stay in control of what it does and how it does it.
AI can make mistakes. That's why every AI employee includes monitoring, human review, and owner control appropriate to the task. The level of review depends on the work, the risk, the data, and what happens if something goes wrong. Some tasks need a quick check. Others need a full approval step. You decide what makes sense for your business.
The Data Boundary
I build your AI employee, but I don't own your data.
I'm a member of the Granite Bay BNI chapter, and I've given a presentation there about AI employees. I keep the conversation plain and focused on the work.
If you're curious about what AI can do in a business, use the 100-task business work map to find a practical starting point.
Tell me about it. I'll help you figure out if an AI employee makes sense for your business.
