What this site collects

Forms you fill out. The inquiry and newsletter forms collect what you type: your name, email address, and, if you provide them, your phone number, business name, and message. That information goes to me, Wesley Cable, so I can reply. It is stored in my customer relationship system and my email.

Analytics and advertising measurement. This site uses Google Analytics 4 with Consent Mode and may use the Meta Pixel and Conversions API on campaign pages. Meta tracking stays off until you accept analytics and ad-measurement cookies on the consent banner or the cookie preferences page. When accepted, Meta may receive page, campaign, device, browser, IP address, click or cookie identifier, and successful-inquiry event data, along with one-way hashed contact identifiers such as your email address or phone number to match the inquiry to an ad. Meta does not receive your inquiry message or other free-text answers. If you decline or use Global Privacy Control, neither the Meta Pixel nor the server-side Meta event runs. Google Analytics receives only anonymous, cookieless page-view signals.

Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes standard technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and prevent abuse.

What this site does not do

I do not sell, rent, or trade the information you submit. Meta measurement is used only after consent for campaign attribution and optimization. It can receive the limited event and matching data described above, but not your inquiry message or other free-text answers. Your form submissions are used to respond to you and, if you opted into the newsletter, to send it. Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately.

Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information I hold about you, to ask for a copy of it, to ask me to delete it, and to ask me to correct it. You can decline or withdraw analytics and ad-measurement consent at any time through cookie preferences. Global Privacy Control is honored automatically and prevents both browser-side and server-side Meta tracking.

To exercise any of these rights, email wesley@localbusinesspipeline.com or call (916) 794-7877. I respond personally, usually within a few days and always within the timelines the law requires. You will never be treated differently for exercising a privacy right.

Data retention and security

Form submissions are kept for as long as we have an active conversation or business relationship, and deleted on request. No method of transmission over the Internet is perfectly secure, and anyone sending information online assumes that inherent risk, but this site uses HTTPS everywhere and I limit access to the systems that store your information.
